Question: Is shipping really free?

Answer: Yes shipping to 48 states is 100% free. We do not charge any shipping or handling fees.

Question: What company do you ship with?

Answer: All of our shipping is done via Fed Ex Ground service.

Answer: We ship all items via Fedex or USPS. If your item is shipped via Fedex it should be to you in 3-5 days. USPS Shipments take 2-3 days.

Question: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Answer: We process and ship orders everyday. If we have an item in stock it should ship within 24 hours. You will recieve an email when your order has been completed.

Question: Does My Package Have to Be Signed For?

Answer:If the item we are shipping is under 500.00 in value your item will not have to be signed for. Sometimes on large boxes or expensive items Fedex requires a signature. If you have to have your package signed for please note that on the order notes section.

Question: If an item is backordered how long before it ships?

Answer: If we have an item out of stock we have most likely already placed an order with our supplier for the item. We try to fill all back orders ASAP. Most backorders last less than two weeks. If you need a more concrete date please feel free to give us a call.
