Answer: - The Stage 2 Front Fascia "SM99-1100-AA" is assumed to be a full bumper in actuality it is a small section that is attached to the bottom of the STOCK bumper (NON COBRA). It is strictly a ADD ON part used to give your car a different look for the OEM Stock bumper. NOT a full bumper replacement. The purpose of this product is to give a slightly more aggresive but low key look to your car.

- The Stage 3 Front Fascia "SM01-1K100-AA" is a complete front bumper assembly including the Full Bumper cover to replace the stock bumper. This kit as a whole will include a New set of Roush circular Fog lights, New Roush Lower Grill, New Roush Pony Corral, and all the wiring and hardware to mount this to your car.
