2005-2008 F150 4.6L / 5.4L Roush Dual Rear Exit Exhaust System

The mandrel bending process used for the tubes of this system maintains a consistent inside diameter through the bended area. This method allows for a significant increase in flow over stock / serrated-bent pipes. Due to this increased efficiency, both latent power and fuel efficiency are realized. This system is also made of 409 aluminized steel, for resistance to corrosion.

The Roush Dual Rear Exit Exhaust System has an aggressive sound, yet is quiet enough to comply with legal sound level limits. This system works with the 2005-2008 F-150 4x2 and 4x4 trucks with 4.6L and 5.4L engine and fits the SuperCab w/ a 6.5' box and the SuperCrew w/ a 5.5' box. The exhaust exits the rear of the truck. A Side Exit Exhaust System is also available.
