2007-2012 Shelby GT500 Mustang Steeda Brake Upgrade Kit

Steeda's brake upgrade kit is a convenient and cost-effective way to improve your Shelby GT 500's all around braking performance. This GT 500 braking kit increases rear rotor size from 11.8'' to 13'' and includes 14'' front rotors.

This Shelby GT 500 brake kit combines Steeda's 13'' Rear Brake Upgrade Kit and Steeda's 14'' Front Rotors. It also includes stainless steel brake lines.

Steeda's 2005-2012 Mustang GT500 rear brake kit is the lightest of on the market, resulting in less unsprung weight and rotating mass. The large vented rotors provide better cooling and are slotted to dissipate heat, thereby reducing brake fade. The brackets are manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum for greater strength and lighter weight.

Steeda's rear brake kit retains the excellent Ford factory caliper, and maintains the proper piston size for compatibility with the sensitive Mustang anti-lock brake system. This also allows for easy sourcing of replacement brake pads and friction compounds. Steeda's 13'' rear brake upgrade for the 2005-2012 Mustang has better wheel fitment choices than other manufacturer's 14'' rear brake kits.
