Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter
The newest version of Steeda's Tri-Ax Shifter is specifically designed to eliminate the sloppy feel of the stock shifter on the 2005-2009 GT Mustangs by utilizing Steeda's extensive 20 year experience in racing design.
The Tri-Ax is manufactured from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum that weighs three pounds lighter than competing short shifter designs. The Tri-Ax features upgraded rear bushings that can better handle the stresses of quick shifting.
Steeda includes stop bolts to prevent damage to the transmission under heavy shifting, a handle with two height positions and an exclusive calibrated tension spring to assist shifting into third gear.
