This pair of complete Steeda spring seats use a heavy duty steel for their construction for an enormous quality improvement over the stock seats which are made from plastic. Steeda's uprated spring seats are for use with high end suspension systems and lowering kits to keep your S197 functioning smoothly. Each set of spring seats are designed to fit 2005 to 2009 Mustangs as direct OEM replacements for the extremely weak factory spring seat system.
Steeda uses high grade spherical bearings made entirely of natural finished steel. The bearings allow the spring seats to handle the high compression rates and pressure caused by uprated suspension kits. These seat mounts do increase noise, vibration and harshness through the Mustang's frame and are generally considered to be for competition uses only.
