This return-style conversion kit completely replaces your 4V Cobra's returnless fuel system to help you generate even more brutal horsepower than your Cobra's capable of in its stock form. This full kit comes with , Aeromotive "Eliminator" fuel pump, an , fuel filters, and all of the necessary fuel lines, fittings, and brackets for hooking up and installing this kit. This kit is built specifically for 1998 to 2004 SVT Cobras with a 4V 4.6L V8 engine.
This Aeromotive fuel system can handle up to 1,100 horsepower on forced-induction applications and up to 1,600 horsepower for naturally aspirated setups. The Eliminator system is designed for continuous use and will give you consistent performance at the track or drag strip.
Each features a massive 5/8" ID bore that can handle up to 3000 horsepower. The rails are direct bolt-on replacements and feature stainless steel mounting brackets. The rails themselves are CNC machined from high-quality billet aluminum before receiving Aeromotive's own Type II red anodized finish to prevent corrosion.
has an aggressive black finish and is able to provide fuel far beyond the horsepower thresholds of the factory fuel pump. Each Eliminator pump features a dual chambered pumping mechanism that allows it to handle up to 1900 horsepower in naturally aspirated applications and up to 1400 horsepower on forced-induction systems.
The is fully adjustable from 40 to 75 psi and has two ORB-10 inlet ports and one ORB-06 return port. It features a high-flow design that is compatible with both gasoline and E85 ethanol mixtures.
The kit also comes with fuel filters, fittings, hoses, fuel lines, o-rings and all other necessary hardware for installation and function. This kit does not include a fuel tank. If you require a fuel tank upgrade, Stage 3 directly. This kit requires computer recalibrations for proper function.
