BBK Long Tube Headers (Silver Ceramic)
These BBK long tube headers are a sure-fire way to give your Cobra or Mach 1 Mustang excellent horsepower and torque gains in one of the most cost-effective packages on the Mustang performance parts market. BBK uses advanced design and manufacturing techniques to create long tube header systems that not only give you more power, but easily fit onto your motor. These headers are able to add anywhere from 14 to 22 horsepower. This set of BBK long tube headers fits 1999 to 2004 SVT Cobras and 2003 to 2004 Mach 1 Mustangs.
Each header has 1-5/8" primary tubes that are CNC mandrel-bent to guarantee as efficient exhaust outflow as possible. The primaries lead down to a 2-1/2" collector housing designed to promote exhaust scavenging. The headers have 3/8" flanges that are precisely laser-cut to fit the exhaust ports of your 4V 4.6L Modular V8. The headers come with a specialized silver ceramic finish hat's both corrosion ad heat resistant. These headers require a new BBK mid-pipe to be installed for proper fitment with the following options: , , , or an .
BBK extensively pressure tests each of their long tube headers before sending them out into the world. Each header set comes with hardware, instructions, gaskets and oxygen sensor extensions.
