1999-2004 Mustang Cobra 4.6L BBK Long Tube Headers & Off-road H-Pipe (Silver Ceramic)

This BBK header and off-road mid-pipe package is one of the surest ways to gain up to 30 horsepower while giving your Cobras a huge exhaust roar. The kit features a set of BBK long tube headers that's coated in a unique silver ceramic compound that's both heat and corrosion resistant. The headers attach to BBK's own off-road H-pipe that delete your Cobra's catalytic converters for huge power gains at the expense of being strictly for off-road use. Still, if you're building a tracked out Cobra, this BBK kit is your one stop shop for serious horsepower at bargain pricing. BBK's package fits 1999 to 2004 SVT Cobras and 2003 to 2004 Mach 1 Mustangs.

The BBK long tube headers are precision machined and manufactured to give your engine as mush room to breathe as possible. Each of the 1-5/8" primary tubes are CNC mandrel-bent and connect to a laser-cut 3/8" flange for maximum durability. The primaries lead down into a 2-1/2" collector that's designed specifically to efficiently scavenge exhaust gasses. BBK pressure tests all of their headers to guard against leaks.

BBK's off-road H-pipe is built with 2-1/2" mandrel-bent, aluminized tubing that maximizes exhaust outflow by eliminating the catalytic converters for huge horsepower and torque gains. The "h" configuration gives your Mustang an old-school exhaust tone, versus the more raspy sounds that occur with an x-pipe. Because this h-pipe deletes your converters, it's for off-road use only.

BBK includes installation hardware, new header gaskets, installation hardware and instructions with every kit.
