Canton's racing oil pans are the perfect solution for the race-ready Mustang or Cobra whose engine is starting to get oil-starved during high performance driving. Canton's aluminum oil pan is extremely light and features a unique sump design built to hold more oil than stock while still using the factory pickups. Best of all, Canton's oil pan won't cost you any ground clearance, letting you keep an aggressive racing suspension setup. This Canton race oil pan will fit any 1996 to 2010 Mustang equipped with some variation of Ford's 4.6L Modular V8 engine.
Each pan has built in trap door baffles and a slosh baffle to keep your oil reservoir steady. Canton also include a 1/2" NPT temperature bung that can fit a wide variety of aftermarket oil temperature monitoring sensors, as well as a magnetic drain plug. The total oil capacity of this pan is 7 quarts. Canton also offers a for even heavier duty use.
