2003-2004 Mustang Cobra JLT 12" High Boost Cold Air Intake (Textured Plastic)

We are excited to bring you the all new JLT 12" High Boost Cold Air Intake for the 2003-2004 Mustang SVT Cobra.

NEW TUBE DESIGN - Using the original JLT CAI as a guide, JLT molded, sculpted and perfected everything until we had the best looking, fitting, and performing system you can buy. The new JLT tube has a 4-1/4" internal diameter and is roto-molded ABS plastic to resist engine heat and keep the intake air charge nice and cool. NO METAL TUBING HERE!! Like all JLT parts, this cold air intake is MADE IN THE USA!

Our massive 4.5" x 12" S&B Powerstack Air Filter is moved into the fender well for a cooler intake charge and can support 800-900 RWHP. Uses the factory "S" style PCV hose.

MOLDED-IN MAF - Using the supplied MAF gasket and screws, install your SCT electronics into the JLT tube and you now have a 105mm MAF incorporated right into the tube. No couplers, reducers, or smaller MAF housing to disrupt airflow. Now you have a perfectly smooth, huge 4-1/4" ID tube rushing cool air to the throttle body. Custom Tuning Required

The following products and services are REQUIRED for the proper use and installation of this cold air intake:

• SCT BA2600 or SCT BA3000 Mass Air Flow Sensor (will not work with OEM MAF, SCT 2400, or 2800 MAF)

FINISH OPTIONS - This JLT cold air intake kit is textured black. It is also available in a Painted Version, which comes in all OEM 2003-2004 Mustang Cobra finish options, and the unique Mystichrome color. All JLT air intakes are constructed using heat resistant plastic or carbon fiber, versus metal, which can get hot and have the reverse effect.

FITMENT - 2003-2004 Cobra w/ OEM, Whipple, or Kenne Bell Supercharger 1996-2004 GT 4.6 w/ Kenne Bell 2.6 or 2.8 Supercharger w/ Cobra Style Throttle Body

EASY INSTALL - The new design and detailed instructions helps make this an easy install.

NOTE: Throttle body locations are different depending on whether you have an OEM Supercharger, Kenne Bell Supercharger, Whipple Supercharger, Whipple Crusher Inlet, K-Member and / or aftermarket motor mounts. Due to these variances, minor modifications may need to be made for best fit, like moving I/C pump, bracket, hoses, etc.
