These cams from Comp are the top tier of their XE-R series for supercharged and nitrous applications. These bad boys add loads of horsepower and torque while improving your Cobra's fuel economy. Comp includes a full set of four camshafts to fit the 4V 4.6L motor of 1999 to 2004 Cobras. The cams do cause a pretty rough and tough idle and aren't for the faint of heart.
Comp strongly recommends extensive upgrades to your Cobra's engine when using these camshafts including a larger throttle body, larger mass air, improved injectors, and exhaust upgrades with long tube headers. Cobras with automatic transmissions will require a 2500 rpm stall torque converter. These camshafts require require PCM calibrations and Comp's Beehive valve springs (part# 26123).
