- This CST Suspension 4.5" lift kit was designed to lift the ford F250/ F350 super duty truck enough to give you proper clearance of a 35" tall tire and a perfect height to pull any trailer comfortably.
- This CST 4.5" kit features: radius arm drop hangers, CST performance front coil springs, pan hard bar drop mount and drop pitman arm to ensure proper alignment of the front axle and steering components, bump stop & sway bar drop mounts, and a factory steering stabilizer relocation bracket.
- In the rear a simple 2" lift block and u-bolt kit is used to level out the truck front to back. Shocks must be installed all the way around and we recommend a set of cst performance shocks. These shocks have been test fit and valved specifically for the vehicle to ensure a smooth and stable ride.
- Front and Rear shocks REQUIRED but not included in the kit (options shown above)
Note: Wheels must not have more than 4.75â Backspace for use w/ aftermarket wheel or oversized tire application Some wheels with 5â Back space work, but wheels should be checked for clearance and fitment before installation.
