The NT555 tire from Nitto is precisely designed to maximize traction and handling performance during sporty driving. Every NT555 features a very large contact patch that holds the wheel to the road during the heaviest cornering, acceleration and braking. Heavily reinforced tread blocks on each tire maintain consistent traction with the road during turns to improve the vehicle's overall stability. This NT555 is 295/45R18 and will fit rims with 9.5" to 11" widths.
The NT555 series is classified as an ultra high performance, summer tire. Nitto's tire uses three massive, parallel grooves and uniquely-designed channels to rapidly siphon away water and greatly reduce the chance of hydroplaning. Each NT555 has an "A" rating for traction and temperature with a 300 UTQG treadwear rating by Nitto.
