K&N 57 series FIPK Cold Air Intake
K&N Engineering, one of the premier names in air system design, provides their excellent 57 series of cold air intakes for use on supercharged 2003 and 2004 Cobras. Each K&N CAI features a massive, highly efficient air filter that's protected from engine heat by a thick heat shield. The shield features trim that forms a tight seal with the hood and fender to create a pocket of cool air that gives the engine a huge increase in horsepower and torque. K&N specifically designed their intakes to straighten and smooth out airflow more than the factory air box.
The high-flow filters included in this kit have been proven to more effectively capture a higher percentage of contaminants and large particles than the majority of the competition. The 57 series intake is 50 state legal and comes with all of its necessary installation hardware and instructions. The kit is an easy to install replacement for the factory air box, but reuses the stock inlet tubing. K&N offers a million mile warranty.
