Long tube headers are a great performance upgrade for your 2005-2010 Mustang GT. If you want to increase power and get a muscular exhaust tone, what you need is a set of high quality headers. Kooks is one of the most respected names in Mustang performance exhaust, and their 2005-2010 Mustang GT full length headers deliver the goods.
Featuring 1 5/8'' mandrel bent primary tubes, these headers evacuate exhaust gases quickly and efficiently. They move exhaust so well, in fact, that your Mustang's stock computer setting must be calibrated in order to deal with the change in airflow.
This Mustang exhaust component has a ceramic coated finish to keep under hood temperatures low. It's also available with stainless steel finish.
These 2005-2010 Mustang GT long tube headers are NOT compatible with the stock H-pipe. You must use a Kooks' shorty mid-pipe with these headers. Kooks offers a catted X-pipe and an off-road X-pipe.
This long tube header kit is for Mustangs with manual transmissions only. Kooks' also offers a long tube header kit for automatic 2005-2010 Mustang GT.
Gaskets, oxygen sensor harness, installation hardware, and instructions are included in all Kook's 2005-2010 Mustang GT long tube header kits.
