Featuring 1-5/8'' mandrel bent stainless steel primary tubes, these headers evacuate exhaust gases quickly and efficiently. They move exhaust so well, in fact, that your Mustang's stock computer setting must be calibrated in order to deal with the change in airflow. Long tube headers are not compatible with your 2005-2010 Mustang V6's stock mid-pipe. You will need Kooks' shorty Y-pipe in order to use these headers on your V6 Mustang.
You should only install long tube headers on V6 Mustangs that has been modified with performance bolt-ons or a supercharger. Stock V6 Mustangs do not have sufficient air intake to benefit significantly from long tube headers.
This 2005-2010 V6 Mustang header kit includes installation hardware, oxygen sensor harness, gaskets, and installation instructions.
