MAC 1-5/8" Long Tube Headers (Chrome)
MAC Performance has been in the Mustang performance parts game a long time and figured out ages ago how to squeeze every last bit of horsepower and torque out of your engine. This set of MAC long tube headers can add up to 25 horsepower onto your Cobra's total power output and giving you a loud, mean exhaust note. MAC's long tube headers fit 1999 to 2004 SVT Cobras with a 4V 4.6L Modular V8 and requires either a or a mid-pipe.
These headers are built with 16-gauge steel and receive a bright chrome finish that looks great in your engine compartment while being corrosion-resistant. The headers feature 1-5/8" primary tubes and a 2-1/2" collector. A built-in 3/8" flange connects to your engine's exhaust posts. The kit comes with installation hardware and instructions. These headers may not meet emissions requirements in your area. Check your local emissions guidelines or Stage 3 for more information.
