MMR High flow intake kit with high flow tube
Modular Mustang Racing's cold air intake can add up to 18 horsepower at the rear wheels as a simple, direct bolt-on replacement for the restrictive factory airbox that requires no software tuning. MMR's CAI includes a washable filter, inlet elbow in a choice of color and high flow MAF housing. This kit increases the sound, power and fuel mileage of the S197's 4.0L V6. The kit includes all of the necessary installation hardware for installation on 2005 to 2009 V6 Mustangs.
The MMR cold air kit attaches directly to the stock throttle body and uses uniquely shaped tubing that provides the engine with nearly unrestricted airflow. The filter sits near the fender in the stock airbox's original position to draw in as much cool air as possible to reduce charge temperatures. All of the intake tubing is available in a variety of colors available from our drop-down menu.
