Maximum Motorsports IRS Sway Bar End Link Set
The stock sway bar end links are notoriously weak on Cobras with independent rear suspensions. This set of adjustable end links from Maximum Motorsports are much stronger than their factory counterparts and are also fully adjustable, letting you fine tune your suspension geometry for better performance on the street or the track. The adjustable design also allows you to reduce preload on your sway bar for greatly enhanced stability and flatter cornering. The end link kit will only fit 1999 to 2004 SVT Cobras with the factory IRS system.
Sway bar preload occurs when your factory end links become slightly warped due to general wear. If the length or position of the end link changes enough, the sway bar can become twisted or bent while at rest, reducing its efficiency when it's put under loads or extreme stresses. Maximum's end links can be adjusted to correct preload and maintain optimum stability and cornering ability. Each link is built out of an aluminum sleeve with Teflon-lined spherical rod ends that can take loads of track and street abuse. These end links come with all their necessary hardware and are direct replacements for your factory end links.
