Their alternator increases charging ability across your Terminator Cobra's rpm band to keep up with the most powerful performance products. This alternator is a direct drop-in replacement for the factory alternator unit on 2003 and 2004 SVT Cobras with a supercharged 4.6L engine.
PA's alternator only weighs around 14lbs, and will not add excess weight to keep you competitive in top-level events. The alternator is capable of producing 70amps of charging power at idle and can reach it's full 130 amp charging ability at 6000 shaft rpm. The kit comes standard with its own pulley that can accept the factory drive belt. PA Performance's alternator has an internal voltage regulator and is ready to be installed directly out of the box.
