Pacesetter Long Tube Headers & H Pipe Kit
Pacesetters headers and h-pipe kit from Stage 3 offers an array of customizable options to meet any need or budget for drivers of 2005 to 2010 GT Mustangs. Each kit comes with a choice of Pacesetter black finished long tube headers or their proprietary ARMOR ceramic-metallic coated long tube headers and a choice of Pacesetter catted or off-road h-pipes.
Pacesetter's headers use extra-tough 16 gauge carbon steel tubing that's both lighter and tougher than standard stainless steel. Each primary is 1-3/4" mandrel-bent tubing that terminate down into a specialized 3" collector. 3/8" steel flanges are precisely CNC machined for a perfect fit to the 4.6L V8. The optional "ARMOR" coating from Pacesetter adds a tough ceramic-metallic coating that's rated up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pacesetter's h-pipes are uniquely designed to work with their long tube headers. They feature a 3" connector apparatus that steps down into more standard 2.5" mandrel-bent pipes. All of Pacesetter's h-pipes are manufactured from 16 gauge stainless steel that receives an aluminized finish. The catted version features a pair of high flow catalytic converters that outperform the stock set.
Pacesetter's headers include fasteners, new gaskets and other installation hardware. The h-pipes are direct bolt-on replacements for the stock mid-pipe and converters. Each h-pipe uses the stock mountings and comes with installation hardware.

Custom tuning:
This kit requires tuning. We recommend taking advantage of Stage 3's custom tuning package that comes with SCT's X-Calibrator 3 handheld tuner and qualifies you for our Loyalty Tunes program.
