1999-2004 Mustang Redline Tuning QuickliftELITE Hood and Trunk Kit

Redline Tuning now offers a complete strut kit that features their QuickLift Elite struts systems for both the hood and trunk of New Edge Mustangs. This comprehensive strut system allows you to ditch the annoying factory hood prop and open up more room to work under the hood. The trunk struts are excellent replacements for your worn trunk mechanism and also keep the trunk lid open while you rummage around in the back doing important maintenance. Both sets of struts are specifically designed for 1999 to 2004 Mustangs and SVT Cobras.

Both the front and rear kits are based around struts with specialized valving that causes them to open and close more slowly when their gas-charged springs near the end of their strokes. The hood and trunk struts are mounted as close to the hinges as possible to reduce the amount of wear placed on the trunk door and hood. Each strut is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and are paired with zinc-plated mounting brackets that come with black powder coat finishes. The kit comes standard with a full-color installation manual, all necessary hardware and is backed up by a four-year limited warranty from Redline Tuning.
