Recon Projector Headlights (Smoked Lens / Chrome Inner Housing)
RECON is well known for its headlight systems, and this pair of projector headlamps with smoked lenses for Ford's lineup of Super Dutys are no exception to RECON's excellent quality. Each set of headlights comes standard with LED strips and dual halos surrounding both the low beam projector lens and high beam reflector housings. RECON's headlights are direct bolt-on replacements for the factory headlights on 2011 and 2012 Super Dutys and come with pre-installed bulbs.
Each headlight comes standard with new bulbs and reuse much of factory's hardware and mounting points while providing up to 40% more light. The low beam's projector lens provides you with a huge amount of sharply-defined light that brightens the darkest of roads. The smoked lenses give these headlights an extremely aggressive appearance and go well with any Super Duty owner going for a "blacked out" look. Both the integrated halos and LED strips can be wired into the parking lights for a unique appearance even during the day. A version with a clear lens is also available.
The low beam projector housings are perfect for off-road HID configurations that can provide even brighter and clearer light in a variety of color options. All HID kits are sold separately.
Daylight Running Light note:
Stage 3 Off-Road recommends having your Daylight Running Lights (DRLs) -- if present -- disabled at your local dealership or reputable shop before installing these lights.
HID Notice:
Aftermarket HID kits are for off-road use only. Stage 3 Off-Road strongly recommends only using HID lights in low beam projector lenses.
