RAM Powergrip Clutch Kit
As you add aftermarket power to you 2005-2009 Mustang GT 500, you need to think about installing a heavy duty clutch to manage all that power. Ram's Powergrip clutch kit is up to challenge with a proprietary combination of organic and metallic friction surfaces that will comfortably handle up to 550 horsepower.
Ram's included pressure plate provides more clamp pressure than stock to better manage big power and meets SFI specifications. For a heavy duty clutch, Ram's 2005-2009 Shelby GT 500 Powergrip kit provides surprisingly good driving characteristics with some chatter on takeoff.
This 2005-2009 Mustang GT 500 clutch kit includes pressure plate, disc, and alignment tool.
Stage 3 Motorsports strongly suggests RAM twin disc clutch for performance modified Shelby GT500s.
Requires Ram 8 bolt billet steel flywheel.
