2005-2009 Mustang S3M Stage 1 Suspension Kit

This high performance suspension kit from Stage 3 Motorsports is a complete makeover for the dampers and springs on the S197. We combine two of the biggest names in aftermarket performance into a single package that will allow you to throw your Pony around tight corners and rough road conditions with relative ease and security. This suspension kit fits 2005 to 2009 GT Mustangs and includes Tokico D-Spec shocks and struts and the ROUSH Extreme lowering spring kit. This basic upgrade kit is part of our Stage 2 and Stage 3 uprated suspension systems.

Tokico's D-Spec series is one of the most sophisticated damper systems on the market and features fully adjustable settings that allow you to decide the softness or firmness of your suspension to meet almost any application. The overall dampening and rebound are adjusted simultaneously for more precise customization. Each D-Spec shock or strut has a variable-aperture bypass and twin valves system that helps to reduce roll rates.

Lowering the car's ground clearance and stance reduces the amount of squat during hard acceleration and the roll rate through tough turns. ROUSH's Extreme lowering kit comes with lowering springs for the front and rear of the S197 that gives it a more aggressive posture and high suspension performance. The ROUSH spring kit lowers the front of the Mustang by one inch and the rear by 1-1/4 inches and comes with jounce bumpers for the rear.
