2005-2009 Mustang GT S3M Stage 2 Suspension Kit

We here at Stage 3 Motorsports put this uprated suspension together using some of the finest quality aftermarket products out there from some of the world's greatest names in high performance suspension technology. The "Stage 2" suspension kit is our mid-level upgrade package falling between our Stage 1 and Stage 3 kits that serves as a midpoint between a full track-ready suspension system and the simple struts and a mere struts and springs upgrade. Our kit fits 2005 to 2009 GT Mustangs and includes Tokico D-Spec shocks and struts, the ROUSH Extreme lowering kit and a BMR.

To give your S197 a stiff stance that reduces acceleration squat and overall body roll through hard corners, ROUSH Performance's Extreme Lowering kit decreases front ground clearance by one inch and rear clearance by 1-1/4". The lower profile massively improves the Mustang's overall handling while giving a more aggressive and race-ready look.

Tokico's D-Spec series of shocks and struts are the current standard by which most other shock and strut systems are judged. The D-Spec line's main feature is their unique adjustment system that allows the user to select a wide variety of settings to fit any street, track or off-road need with the simple twist of a dial. Each level of adjustment controls both compression and rebound rates. The shocks and struts utilize a variable-aperture bypass and a twin valve design that minimizes body roll even at softer suspension settings.

The addition of a BMR Adjustable panhard rod provides even more stability for the S197's rear suspension. This panhard rod reduces the lateral movement of the rear axle to allow your Mustang to hold the road. The rod is CNC machined from 4130 chomoly steel tubing with end spacers manufactured from 304 stainless steel. Each rod has integrated polyurethane bushings for greater durability. The fully-adjustable design allows for use of a larger variety of tires than the stock designs.
