This fuel door is built out of some of the highest quality materials available that allow it take whatever abuse you can throw at it. This elegant fuel door is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory fuel doors of 1994 to 2004 Mustangs and Cobras.
Each Silverhorse Racing fuel door is CNC machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum that is both lighter and significantly stronger than your factory fuel door. Silverhorse then anodizes each door in an aggressive black finish that looks great on nearly any paint color and sets you on the way to a total black-out styling theme. The door opens and closes through the use of press-fit, cadmium plated magnets and a stainless steel striker plate. The kit bolts directly on in place of your factory fuel door and requires no drilling or other permanent modifications.
