DETAILED DESCRIPTION

  • Header Package, 1-3/4" Long Tube, 2009-10 C6 Corvette w/Cats/Installation Kit/PowerFlo-X Crossover Pipe

  • SLP's 2009-10 C6 LS3 Corvette Long-Tube Header Package features 1-3/4" main primary tubes flowing into two 2.5" high flow venturi collectors. The headers are mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and ceramic coated to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down, while the rest of the system is made from high-quality 304 stainless steel.

  • Also, included in the package is a pair of 3" high flow catalyst converters, which flows into a full 2.5" integrated PowerFlo-X Crossover assembly. They're fully compatible with all stock emissions-control equipment and use OEM flanges for a perfect fit and proper bolt retention. All necessary installation instructions and hardware are included, backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

  • SLP C6 Corvette Long Tube Header Package features:
  • Features 1-3/4" equal-length primaries.
  • All mandrel bent stainless steel construction to maximize flow.
  • Polished aluminum-ceramic thermal-barrier coating (interior and exterior surfaces) to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down.
  • Reduce -mile ET's by up to 4 tenths of a second and increase trap speeds by as much as 4 mph.
  • Complete bolt-on installation, bolts directly to factory exhaust system, (no welding required).
  • Compatible with all factory emissions-equipment.
