SLP "Loud Mouth II" (modular)
SLP Performance's "Loud Mouth" series of exhaust systems have always been a hot item with the muscle car crowd. This complete cat-back kit not only produces the powerful, throaty exhaust tones that SLP is famous for, but also comes in a fully modular package that allows for their mid-mounted mufflers to be swapped out at will and only in a matter of minutes. SLP designed this version of their Loud Mouth kit to fit 1999 to 2004 SVT Cobras fitted with an IRS.
The kit manufactured from 409 stainless steel with mandrel-bent piping that provides a more efficient exhaust exit than the stock tubing for a clearer, sharper sound and minor performance improvements. The Loud Mouth II mufflers included with this kit are packed with fiberglass to reduce the in-cabin drone during idle and cruising speeds. SLP includes 3.5" polished dual-walled tips with the SLP logo. The kit can hook up to the factory mid-pipe and most other 2.5" diameter mid-pipes.
