The
ROUSH Front Fascia features a massive lower grille opening that not only looks great, but can also improve airflow to aftermarket intercoolers and heat exchangers on Mustangs equipped with forced-induction systems. The fascia comes with a set of PIAA fog lights that give your Mustang's front end a more sporty look.
The ROUSH Side Skirts are designed to fill up the empty spaces between your wheels to give your Mustang more road presence and are built specifically to fit the ROUSH Side Exhaust Kit with squared tips. The skirts have a curved, sloping design for sleek, seamless lines.
The ROUSH Rear Valance comes in two parts for the Left and Right sides and are designed to cover up the now useless rear exhaust exits and to complete the lowered effect and give a clean, factory look.
The ROUSH Rear Wing has a four-post design that is built to fit the factory spoiler provisions. The wing has a long, swooping design that makes it look functional and track-ready. This wing is made out of light weight ABS plastic and maintains full functionality of your trunk lid.
Exhaust Options:
Given that this ROUSH body kit relocates the exhaust exits of your 1999-2004 Mustang, it is required that you modify your exhaust system. We offer four different options to assist you in this alteration.

- Option 1: ROUSH Stage 3 Side Exit Exhaust Tips - By far the most economical option, these ROUSH exhaust tips are a great way to go if you have the means to fabricate the required exhaust tubing from the mid-pipe to exhaust tip. This is a good way to save some money, if exhaust fabrication isn't an issue.
- Option 2: ROUSH Side Exhaust Kit (Standard Sound). This is a complete system that is designed specifically for the 1999-2004 Mustang with the ROUSH Stage 3 Body Kit. It requires no modification or fabrication. Simply mount it using existing and included hardware. The mufflers included in this package very mellow sound, however. This exhaust system is very comparable to your factory exhaust system.
- Option 3: ROUSH Side Exhaust Kit (Enhanced Sound). This kit boasts all the same benefits as Option 2, but it has a more aggressive sound. If you want an exhaust system that bolts right up and has mildly aggressive sound, this is the way to go.
- Option 4: Spintech Side Exhaust System w/ ROUSH Tips. This exhaust system is widely considered to be the best sounding option for your 1999-2004 Mustang. The exhaust note is aggressive w/out being raspy. This option includes the ROUSH Side Exit Exhaust Tips to complete the ROUSH look. The disadvantage to this exhaust system is that it is NOT a bolt-on system. It requires welding to install on your vehicle.
Important Notes:
- This body kit requires the ROUSH Side Exhaust Kit for proper fitment. All of the body pieces come with their respective installation hardware and detailed instructions. The kit comes unpainted and requires test-fitting, prepping, and priming before paint.
- The ROUSH side exhaust kit will require modifications in order to fit on 1999-2004 SVT Cobra. The ROUSH Rear Valance will NOT fit the OEM rear fascia of the 1999-2004 SVT Cobra.
