Stainless Works 1 5/8" Headers w/ Cats & Lead Pipes
Stainless Works' header and lead kit is a one-stop exhaust upgrade shop for the 2005 to 2010 GT Mustang. The kit features SW's 1-5/8" headers and uniquely catted lead pipes.
Each header uses TIG welded 304 stainless steel. The primary diameter is 1-5/8" and attach to a 3/8" flange and use a 3" smooth-flow collector for optimizing exhaust scavenging.
The 3" lead pipes utilize unique high flow catalytic converters that have large performance gains over the stock system.
Each kit comes standard with band clamps, adapter stubs and 24" oxygen extensions. The catted lead pipes are a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock mid-pipe and converters.

Custom tuning:
This kit requires tuning. We recommend taking advantage of Stage 3's custom tuning package that comes with SCT's X-Calibrator 3 handheld tuner and qualifies you for our Loyalty Tunes program.
