2005-2006 Mustang V6 4.0L Vortech Supercharger Kit - Intercooled

This complete supercharger kit from Vortech is based around their excellent V-3 centrifugal supercharger system and comes standard with a front-mount intercooler that helps boost the 4.0L V6's total power output up to 330hp with 337ft/lbs of torque with the included software tuning. Each Vortech kits comes with a 6-rib drive belt with a 3.25" pulley that's capable of generating up to 10psi of boost pressure to instantly slam you back in your seat. This version of the V-3 supercharger kit fits 2005 to 2006 V6 Mustangs and can come in either a satin or polished finish available from our drop-down menu.

The V-3 system uses an advanced impeller design that is both high-efficient and allows the supercharger to operate nearly silently until peak boost. Each V-3 kit comes with a fuel system makeover that includes high-capacity fuel injectors that can more adequately handle the massive horsepower gains. A massive 93mm MAF housing supplies the supercharger system with cool air that is further insulated by a full set of silicone sleeves. A full oil feed and drain system keep the supercharger fully lubricated even under peak boost for a long lifespan. The included intercooler features a dual pass air to water system that allows the supercharger to reach high horsepower ranges.

This Vortech supercharger kit includes installation instructions and all necessary hardware for each kit component. A billet mounting plate gives the supercharger a factory appearance. Vortech includes a Diablosport Predator handheld tuner that's preloaded with the correct tuning package for the supercharger. Every V-3 system is 50-state emissions legal.
